Founders Growth Partner exists because Mark Preston became increasingly frustrated watching good founders receive the wrong type of growth support.

Too many businesses were being sold disconnected tactics, expensive retainers, and growth strategies that sounded impressive but failed to reflect the reality of building a business under pressure.

After more than two decades of building businesses himself, Mark understood something many advisors never fully experience.

Founders do not simply carry business pressure. They carry emotional pressure too.

Why Mark Created This Model

Over the years, Mark built agencies, scaled a franchise network, trained marketers, helped grow one of the UK’s largest independent opticians groups, and helped unlock more than £1bn in profitable revenue.
